It is a contemporary chat related colloquial expresion.
Uncommon in my country but I´ve heard it.
It comes from what happens in Apps like whatsup, when they signal with a mark the msgs already received and readed ("visto": checked).
And such (only checked) msg had not been answered or not enough done.
As an extention outside msgs, she is saying: "You heard me, now answer".

You both will have to learn to manage the problems of long distance relationships and language / cultural gaps.
