It's not nearly that rich and one view does not equal one view.
If you have a long video where people watch the whole way through, that's a more valuable hit than a seven second video people click away from. There are ton of other factors that go into determining how videos are monetized.
A million views will, at the very highest levels, get you maybe $7,000 but can be as low as $6,00.

@SimplyTracie You know, there is an entire family that makes their money doing pranks on people in public on Youtube. The father runs it but he gets the teens to do the camera work and the little kids get in on it too. I've seen it and it is STUPID. It's not even funny stupid. It's just juvenile, stupid and dumb. I can't believe people actually watch it. But they make well over six figures a year doing it. And they live pretty well. I don't know what that says about our society.
