Socialism has a large central government controlled by a ruling class or cadre. All others beneath them are controlled in their lives and sustenance by those in the ruling class or cadre. All decisions are taken away from the citizens.

Nothing in a socialist government is decentralized, therefore, if there is a huge flaw or mistake or corruption in the huge central government, there is no way for that flaw, corruption or error to be ameliorated, and the results always, without exception, impact all of the people under that government.

Socialists typically worry about dividing the pie, (the money), but do nothing to ensure that there are bakers baking more pie if they run out. All socialist governments, to date, have destroyed the countries they decided to govern and have created abject poverty, starvation, and wastelands.

Yeah that's exactly not supposed to be how democratic socialism works.

Well then pretty much the entire developed world would meet that description.
