Easy way to fix this whole wall desaster:

the military is there to protect our country...
the wall is supposed to protect our country...
build the wall and use funding taken from the military...

there... everyone happy. wall is build so people can feel safe and its from a budget that was already intended for.

Better yet, lets use democrat funds and tax money to pay upkeep on illegal immigrants (if you have no problems with them being here, you should have no problems paying for them...)

asylum seekers? shack them up/house them with democrat families (lets see how "anti-wall" they are when they have to house, feed, and clothe a few dozen mexicans...)

and when illegal immigrants commit crimes, lets hold those who advocate their entry into the country accountable for them (i.e. if juan or jose commit murder, we'll put you in jail for 30-40 years for the crime...)

They amount of funding they've thrown into political contributions/bribes, organizing protests & anti Trump smear campaigns, etc. over the last few years would've paid for a wall...

Hell, I can't argue with that. I've been saying for months now, if people want a wall, let them have it, but make them pay for it themselves, or take the money from a part of the government that has funds to spare. And considering we spend over seven hundred billion dollars on the military every year to keep nine separate overseas military campaigns going, they have plenty to spare.

@AngelofFail You obviously don't live anywhere near our southern border with Mexico. Some of the reasons to build the wall are the endless wave of illegal immigrants into our country who enter unveted and put a huge strain on our infrastructure from the border patrol,immigration Dept, police,fire and rescue, and judicial systems. Hospital and health care programs and there faciliteis. The endless flow of illegal drugs and all the problems associated with them. There are large numbers of people and organizations from around the world with the intent of killing as many innocent Americans as possible. We don't need to make it any easier for them to enter and bring devices and or components to manufacture there weapons of mass destruction to use against us. Those are but a few of the numerous reasons to build a wall that should have been built 70 yrs ago.

Can you imagine the expense of managing and maintaining that?
