Semipresencial modes are an option.

@kayoshin Never heard this term before

@kayoshin Got it. Distance mode, ha?
But that does not have much value in the job market

Depends on your country I guess. Could be called something else or not be available. It usually means you can study at distance but still have to go in for a small number of classes and take exams live not over the internet, but you have to handle less important or less difficult classes on your own and only show up for exams. The mode is especially thought out for people that study and work at the same time. I've seen it in a few european countries, don't know if it's a thing where you live but looking things up shouldn't hurt. It's also not an option for all branches of study, you're surely not going to become a doctor like that but you can take up engineering, finances, auxiliary health etc....

@kayoshin no, don't confuse it with distance mode they are not the same thing and you can't really do it at distance since you still need to take classes just a lot fewer a day so you can't live too far from the study center but you can keep a job as long as you can manage the hours.

@kayoshin yeah... I am aware. Infact, I did my Masters through this mode :)

Then you should know already that the job market value is exactly the same as full presencial mode. In fact in today's job market they are both toilet paper.

@kayoshin hahahaha. I agree! I just want to get more skills :/
kayoshin · 36-40, M
If you want more skills get a job :)) the great vicious circle of job hunting or job paradox.

@kayoshin I do have a job :) Just 2 months of being employed :) But I'm restless and want to grow and be my best :/

It's either in the wrong field or you have unrealistic expectations. If the job is in your field then education isn't your big issue, lack of real world experience and networking is. Spend more time in developing relations with the people who can help you advance and learn the subtleties of your job that school doesn't teach.
Heretodaygonetomorrow · 26-30, F
@kayoshin I am in one field that is interesting but I want to do something else in future.
kayoshin · 36-40, M
If you want to do something else your current job is pretty irrelevant. Back to my original advice of getting a job in that field even if you have to start real low or in something that isn't in the field but in a company that works that field so you can get in touch with the right people while you get the necessary education to switch also te see what the people who do it think and see first hand if it's what you thought or a big disappointment.

@kayoshin makes sense. Except I don't have an ideal field.
kayoshin · 36-40, M
Well"something else" , narrow it down etc. :)))
