I want to study some more (not an online course) and from a good reputed place

If you want to do something else your current job is pretty irrelevant. Back to my original advice of getting a job in that field even if you have to start real low or in something that isn't in the field but in a company that works that field so you can get in touch with the right people while you get the necessary education to switch also te see what the people who do it think and see first hand if it's what you thought or a big disappointment.
