I don't know how to feel about this

This guy tells other people that I'm going places I told him I'm not. He was telling a guy I was going to a concert with them that I already said I wasn't going to. Friday night a friend called and said he told her I was at the bar with them when I was.really at home. It's weirding me out.

I have to agree with @revenant on this one. This is a form of control. And like @revenant said, this kind of behavior can get them doubting themselves and it can also cause confusion with your other friends or coworkers. It could/can be a way of taking control and diminishing your credibility. I have seen some narcissists display these kinds of behaviors.
Personally, myself , I would stay clear of this person and set up some strong healthy boundaries.

I can understand that. I used to be the same way. Fortunately or maybe unfortunately I stayed with one way too long. That cured me. Take care of you because they'll turn your life into chaos Just for kicks. @Nebula

I was , and still am, married to someone like that. Hopefully divorce will be finalised soon. This type of person is really fucckkked in the head, You will be doubting yourself next.
It is all about control over you.
