Sometimes it's tempting to bring back the old me
I'm talking about @Carver, the one who would mop the floor with anyone who got cross with me; who'd call out hypocrites and fakes for what they were; who could be real cold and nasty bitch whenever I needed to be. But I've made the decision to avoid engaging in any and all drama on this account. Anyone tries stirring shit up with me or if I just don't like them, I just tell them I have nothing to say to them. I just can't be arsed to put up with anymore stupid-ass drama. It's pointless, so I've been taking measures to avoid it from now on.
So why am I saying it's tempting to engage in it again? Because I've been seeing a lot of bullshit going around here lately. People willingly turning a blind eye to their buddies' inexcusable behavior, stalkers and bullies doing what they do but then saying they're the victims... One of which has targeted me, btw. Which is another thing: in spite of my best efforts to try and avoid drama and toxicity, some are just insistent on starting shit with me. If they were dealing with the old me, they would've learned very quickly they've gone after the wrong user and have been dealt with by now.
I guess I'm saying I'm getting kinda sick of the BS to where I'm tempted to dive right back in to actively engaging in quarrels with others again... But I won't. It's not worth it. I've been encouraging others to not engage in drama and take a more laid back approach to those who go after them, so I'd better keep practicing what I preach. As for those popular regs who go bullying others around, including the one who's been targeting me, that problem will eventually take care of itself. It always does, especially when they're so impulsive as they tend to be.
