I Think People Are Too Judgemental

I let them be. People like that could only affect me if I let them affect me or if I am not contented with what I have. I am mostly contented with myself and my accomplishments so it doesnt really bother me.

This question is similar in nature to one you posted about old people last week. At least, I think the old people question was written by you...😉

As you've noticed, there are people in this world who try to make themselves feel better about themselves by trying to make you feel worse about YOURself.

For me, it was a long road arriving at that realization. Now that I know what these insecure people are actually doing, they look ridiculous to me. I watch them play out their little, "I'm better than you are," games and they look like clowns.

I tend to wear blinkers with people like that, helps me focus.

Usually just ignore them, so many other things to worry about, they just want attention and I wouldn't be interested in giving it to them.

I recognise it's someone who feels small inside and is trying to compensate. So... I don't need to react.

Isn't you thinking people are too judgemental a case of you being too judgemental?

Who would? I mean I don't know anyone who would.

I smile and congratulate them. If their gloating persists indefinitely, avoid them.
