okay so APPARENTLY it's wrong to tell my girl friend of 10 years that her HUSBAND was flirting with me

Her: You should have just rejected him. He wouldn't have cheated
Me: I did reject him??? Here are the texts he sent me when he was out last night. He explicitly says he wants to fuck me, so yes he would cheat and probably already has with other women who you don't know / aren't as close to
Her: Well he wouldn't he was just drunk

LEAVE HIM YOU SILLY GIRL. BE FREE.

And now I'm going to lose a girl friend over a GUY yet again

What a tough situation to be in. You can’t win. Just gotta do what you feel is right.

Her logic is a bit warped.

Yeah, she doesn't want to know reality. Dude can get his swerve on in peace it would seem.

You did your part. Give her time. If you try to force the issue further you may well lose her. You let her know and you can be there for her if she decides to come to terms. And that's all one can really do.
