Those of you who manage to sleep on flights. What's your secret?

The one flight I ever took which was any significant time was JFK to London Heathrow and that wasn’t all that long. It took maybe 7 hours but it was an overnight flight. I slept because everyone else did.

I don't fly, but I can imagine the hum of the engines is like white noise to most, gentle and lulling.
