Itll be gouging over the energy and technology to cope with increasing temperature. Ive been seeing its approach since 1996ish. I was 7 at that time.

Its of concern but the west is still growing up/maturing. Think of it as entering its late teens and getting its first job before going off to college in a big city far from home. In time the west will realize its one of many and the youngest.
For now the rest of the world would do best to be patient and try to guide advise and support the head strong and overly excited west.
