@PepsiColaP mine are old school wicker baskets… and then when I sort through and bring ‘them down the stairs with a wheeled bin… I fucking yank that shit down. I do 4 people’s worth of laundry 🙀

@ninalanyon that sounds nice for someone who lives alone, or can mix a household’s laundry. I don’t live alone, so I can’t keep my clothes on top of the washer. The space I have for them is across the house in a closet

@itsok There are three of us in the house (was four until No. 3 son moved out in the spring). We have two laundry baskets, one for light or delicate things, the other for the rest. One lives on top of the washing machine the other on top of the drier. All this is in the wash room in the cellar. Once the washing is dry it's the responsibility of the owner of each item to take it away to their own space two floors away up the stairs.
