Given the evidence I'm a great supporter of and advocate for vaccines. It's about the herd.
How was smallpox eradicated? There is no cure. Simply by vaccination over decades across the world. Polio is largely eradicated in most developed countries, again through mass vaccination. We almost got there with measles in the UK until the level of vaccinations dropped off and it's back again killing and maiming kids.
I get vaccinated when I can largely with these things to try to reduce the spread of them to others.
I read and understand your reluctance but you should be grateful to others who through their vaccinations are protecting you possibly.

I had a mild case of COVID in 2021, and never get the flu..I think I had it once in my life.

I never bothered to get any until recently. These last few years I did, and I basically stopped getting sick.

Same for me. At least I'm not the only one

To each their own. Why does it feel wrong though?

@NerdyPotato complicated..I have functional disorders and take them off label..one of them, Metformin, has bad side effect, but doc thinks I should continue bc it targets a certain molecule and is anti aging.

@Wiseacre in that case I understand. Vaccines are of course not thoroughly tested on every combination of disorders, so your body may react differently than the general population. And if you've already experienced that to be the case with other medication, it's wise to be sceptical.
That context is important though. Posts like these without that may turn healthy people away from vaccines too, and fan the flames of distrust in science.

Why?

So this must be why you and LordShadowfire had a falling out.
You state that this is not a result of being anti-vax, which tells me that you know that what you are doing is giving dangerous diseases a chance to reproduce and spread. Why?

@CorvusBlackthorne I stated reason.
CorvusBlackthorne · 100+, M
@Wiseacre I do not consider that to be a reason.
