Kennedy emphasised in an initial statement that this was a success that was only possible thanks to the international cooperation of a large number of lawyers and scientists. Of course, this judgment opens up something internationally, especially here in Switzerland, this judgment should make waves, because Switzerland has a special position here with its federal constitution. On the one hand, the Nuremberg Codex in the constitution with Article 118b, and the misuse of genetic engineering in humans is prohibited in Switzerland, according to Article 119 of the Federal Constitution. This is supplemented by Article 230bis of the Criminal Code, ... Thus, the perpetrators risk up to 10 years in prison. But this judgment should also make the rest of the world sit up and take notice, because the Nuremberg Code is internationally valid and is also included in Article 7 of the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights. In the case of criminal charges, the statement must include a reference to the Contergan scandal in order to give special weight to the importance of this charge. The policy is thus facing a hot autumn.

At the outset, let me be clear about one thing: I have zero faith in the putative safety for any current vaccines for COVID-19, regardless of the manufacturer. Based on what appears to be credible medical evidence, mRNA vaccines are at best years away from being an effective and safe drug delivery system. I think at worst, they are Pandora's Box now opened, that has ushered forth a for every lunatic Frankenstein scientist with an axe to grind against humanity, the potential to unleash limitless human suffering and the demise of billions of people through serial plandemics. However...

This shocking “News from Switzerland” is part of a continuing fake news posting that started to emerge from the grave of Truth sometime in 2020. In September 2021, the ever faithful internet of truth (sarcasm intended) claimed Robert F. Kennedy Jr. and a group of scientists, prevailed in a U.S. Supreme Court decision that ruled COVID-19 vaccines as unsafe.

I don't know where to begin with the stupidity of this politicized gossip. Why people insist on promoting falsehoods under the color of truth require a deep dive into their twisted psychological motivations. These seem similar to those who maliciously create, and at a place and time of their choosing, are released into the worldwide web to do its damage and their bidding. Obviously, these sycophants fantasize their life as Dr. Evil in control of the world.

A quick look as some facts will render the absurdity of this article, without question:

1. On September 20, 2021, Robert F. Kennedy (an American treasure) said in a press report, “The article about the Supreme Court is misinformation. The quote is fabricated. Clearly somebody made it up and is promoting it because the same quote keeps coming back no matter how many times I deny it. The same article keeps reappearing.” Kennedy said that while he has been a part of more than 30 lawsuits on the subject of vaccine safety, those are at different stages of the judicial process, and none have appeared before the Supreme Court.

2. There is and never has been any legal case filed with SCOTUS that matches the one described in the above-posted article “News from Switzerland”.

3. The article on its face, is ludicrous, in light of how our government functions. It’s stupidity spills onto the page in the first sentence, “…Hardly anyone noticed Robert F. Kennedy won the case against all of the pharmaceutical lobbyists.” Senator Kennedy, (a member of the Legislature), being a US Senator for and from Louisiana, cannot bring a case to SCOTUS on behalf of a third party even it is a case over which SCOTUS (Judiciary) grants certiorari; (Sir-shur-RAh-ree). This inherently would violate the separation of powers required the Constitution. Only lawyers currently admitted to practice law before the SCOTUS, may request the High Court consider a case where a question of Constitutionality is one to be determined by SCOTUS, on a case already determined by a lower court.

The rest of the article is more of the same piled on nonsense to build the case for its own stupidity and warrants no further time or effort in response.

In this instance, the spinners of this yarn demonstrate their complete lack of understanding, (or reliance upon others’), of the core structure of our nation’s government, whose Constitutional foundation is separation of powers. For them, the goal Montesquieu’s Trias politica is likely an interference with their vision of one world truth—theirs, regardless of the motivations. They can rest, knowing history is filled with morons who believed in the self-destruction of other such malevolent devise.

@JohnA I was surprised to have recently received an email with a copy/paste of the "News From Switzerland" blurb because I subscribe to Robert F. Kennedy Jr's Newsletter for the Children's Health Defense organization... which does, indeed, exist for the purpose of exposing "vaccine" dangers and Big Pharma fraud and crimes against humanity. Surely if this story were true then I would have heard about it through them. But I had not. I clicked on both the links that were given in said email and found only messages saying they did not exist.

But neither did I find the quote from RFK Jr. denying the "News From Switzerland" blurb on the Children's Health Defense website... ( https://childrenshealthdefense.org ) even when I did a site-wide search for the keywords "Supreme Court." Can you please cite the source of this quote that you have included in your remarks?

Finally, the Senator from Louisiana that you mention is John Kennedy (R.) ... an entirely different person from the Robert F. Kennedy Jr. named in "News From Switzerland." Robert F. Kennedy Jr. is indeed a licensed and practicing lawyer and has been for decades. He is not restricted by the separation of powers issue because he is not in government. He has brought many, many cases regarding vaccine dangers and vaccine mandates to various lower courts... though perhaps not (yet?) to the Supreme Court.

@JeannieJ You are correct. I conflated the two Kennedys. Robert F. is a brilliant and passionate lawyer and fighter for the truth, and has done some amazing work. That is certain. I honestly can't remember where I read that, but it was from a responsible news source. (I'm lucky if I can remember what I did yesterday--wait until you get my age...it's not fun...) However, if you can't find it online, perhaps the best source is the horse's mouth. You might wish to call Mr. Kennedy's law office (Kennedy & Madonna) directly to have them confirm or deny that reported quote. Their phone number is (845) 481-2622.
