Official source of the Danish govt.
The current wave of covid-19 has flattened. One of the main reasons for this is a high expected immunity in the Danish population due to a high vaccine coverage against covid-19 in Denmark and the fact that many Danes have been infected with covid-19 within the last months following the onset of the omicron variant. Furthermore, we know from experience that the infection rate falls with the change of seasons.
On the basis of this, the time has come for phasing out the vaccination program against covid-19 for the current season.

2. Do you still recommend taking the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd dose against covid-19 if you are unvaccinated?
Yes, generally we still recommend that people who are completely unvaccinated accepts the offer of primary vaccination, ie. take 1st and 2nd dose, even if they are younger than 50 years, as there may be a risk of serious illness if you are completely unvaccinated, even despite the new omicron variant. In general, we recommend that unvaccinated people begin their vaccination series this fall.
The risk of a serious course of illness due to covid-19 is greatest the older you are, so it will preferably be people from approx. the age of 40, who will benefit the most from accepting the offer of primary vaccination, but younger people can also benefit, especially if they have risk factors such as a chronic illness, severe obesity, etc.
Children and adolescents only very rarely have a serious course of illness due to covid-19 with the omicron variant, which is why the offer of primary vaccination for children between 5 and 17 years will not be a general offer, but can be given after a specific medical assessment, cf. the Danish Health Authority's guidelines.
During the fall/winter, the 3rd dose will also continue to be offered, cf. the Danish Health Authority's guidelines.

So as per their communication the reason of the phase out is that the Danish pop. is sufficiently protected. And in no point it's said that the <18 are "advised against" getting vaccinated, rather, it's said the opposite near the bottom.
Comprehension of a written text isn't really your strength, is it? Who would've ever told? lol
