I have been vaccinated with no ill affects except a sore arm. I made the decision to get the vaccine due to my age and health issues.
My understanding of the vaccine is that it does not stop you from getting the virus but lessons the effects. My choice and don't have issues with those that don't want it.
On a side note, my son in-law is really sick with COVID now. He has 6 children that make it impossible for him to quarantine completely.
Due to my and my wife's health issues my daughter has barred us from seeing the grandkids.

I get a few things over the airwaves - All In The Family and old b&w Andy Griffith episodes - but that's all I watch, if those.
I NEVER watch the news. What would be the point? To become a misinformed, paranoid, hypnotized zombie? 😳

@PhoenixPhail I have, and I have survived a close encounter with a person who tested positive with no ill effects whatever. In my country the vast majority of those hospitalised with COVID are unvaccinated even though the unvaccinated are a small fraction of the population.

@ninalanyon I'm glad you survived your close encounter, and that your friend had no ill effects whatever after testing positive. It's proven, at least 85% of the test results are false positives. The tests mean nothing.

Also, you may have heard and seen on the news that the vast majority of those hospitalised with COVID are un-vaccinated. But at this point, there's no way to know that what you're getting through mainstream media has anything to do with the truth.

I don't wish to argue or debate with anyone about the Covid crisis.
I know what I know and you know what YOU know.

I hope this world can make it through this without any more needless deaths.

If you want to know the truth, you have to listen to the people who deal directly with the patients, not what you hear in the media.
