If they come out with a Covid vaccine, how effective will it be?

Will it be like the flu vaccine? Many take it and still catch the flu.

Evidence shows the Virus is mutating. So it is likely that at least annual varieties will emerge and best case seasonal injection programs similar to flu followed.😷
