If they come out with a Covid vaccine, how effective will it be?
Will it be like the flu vaccine? Many take it and still catch the flu.

The first gen vaccines (assuming they ARE probably tested, are still likely to be less effective than the second gen caccines, simply because second gen will learn from the first..
What is now showing up is that Covid does leave behind a trail of organ and brain damage in some people. (Links to Parkinsons and some heart muscle damage are showing up already) And while a vaccine wont actually give you the virus, one that uses the virus substrate as its base (many of the first gen vaccines will) MAY carry those same risks into the body.. Thats not certain. But it MUST be tested for and that will take time. Therefore NY is sensible to say they want independent testing of any US vaccine before they accept it from a Trump controlled FDA and CDC. 😷
