I Sleep Walk And Talk

I woke up at like 3 am .I got out of bed to look for the man that was sleeping next to me since I didn't feel his body in bed with me.
I was still half asleep when I turned on the kitchen light to realize that there was no one there .there was never a man sleeping next to me and that I live alone.

That was a weird experience.
It's probably because I feel so lonely lately and I was half asleep.

I've been told I talk in my sleep haha.
