One might say poor diet and lack of exercise.

I wonder just how much truth there is in that though because with my crappy diet, I should weigh 400 pounds by now.

Plus when you see people in their late teens or early 20's who have 100 or more pounds of excess weight, SURELY they didn't eat their way to that weight THAT early in life. Who would even want that much fat and sugar that it would take to gain so much weight so soon?
Some people like to eat. They just enjoy it. Whereas others don't think about it as much. @Punches

@Spoiledbrat True some are more entertained by food than others.

@Punches Of course they ate their way to that, it's the only thing that makes sense. When I was 17 I weighed 92kg/202 pounds and it was steadily increasing, I noticed how fat I got and cut back on some things and remained that weight for a good while, now I weigh 80kg/176 pounds
