Headache that won't go away

I've had this headache since Sunday. I tried to get a refill on my meds but they need a doctors approval and my doctor is out of town. I asked if someone else could refill it and I was told I need an appointment because it would be a different doctor. I asked when I can get it and was told the next opening for a new patient was in June. My doctor will be back before that. I was thinking about going to urgent care but the boys have volleyball practice tonight so that wouldn't work. But on the plus side I did get a few hours of sleep last night.
