Headache is killing me!

The day started sooo good. Then the headache hit at around 11am. And it's still here. It's now. 7.25pm.
Wtf!

I took a Co codamol tablet not realising it had expired so since have had 2 paracetamol.

My stomach feels a little queasy but the headache is pounding.

I have had migraine headaches once or twice in my life. The only thing I could do was take BOTH tylenol extra strength AND ibuprofen, and then go and lay down in a darkened room with an ice pack on my head.

@4meAndyou honestly it's the worst experience, there's a major part of me that feels like it was a potential aneurism.
It was affecting so much of me.
Obviously not, and I don't wish it on anyone. But I'm much better now thank goodness.

You're lucky it's only been a few times. I've get them far too regularly. 😔

@Mellowgirl You might want to look into migraine prevention medication. There is a pill you can take every day that prevents them from happening.

You have my sympathy. A bad headache can ruin your whole day. I've experienced it too many times.

@Rutterman thank you hun. Honestly it was the worst. I wasn't quite right at all.
It made me feel so off. I had something meaningful happening that day too I just couldn't cope. I was close to throwing up at one point. But I'm much better now. 😊 Thank you.
