Have you drank enough water? You could be dehydrated. How is your air quality because if I’m around smoke or other things like grass cuttings, it can give me a headache. I hope you recover soon. 🤗

I think I'm not dehydrated but air ventilation is not very good at ths place

It could be the air. Poor air quality was what gave me migraines back in my 20s. @Raaii
