@Raaii If headache persists for more than 24 hours, you should consult a doctor. Normal headaches only last for a few hours and go away soon after taking meds.

I always ignore and have never consulted any doctor about it

@Raaii If it's frequent, then that's alarming.

For example, I rarely have headaches. Like once in a year or once in two or three years.
And I've sustained injuries to my head in the past.
If the headaches were frequent, that would be a sign that something's really wrong.

You should go see a doctor.
Do it first thing in the morning.

I had frequent headaches that knocked me down the pain was so bad. These migraines would last for days. I would see jagged light before my eyes. I was disabled by them. It was migraine caused by the environment I was working in at the time. They stopped once I left that place. I had another one about a decade later, and ended up in the ER, the pain was so intense. They called it a vascular headache. No idea what caused that one. @rrraksamam
