What do you do when you have a headache?

I have one right now and I just want to check what works for different people

I drink a lot of water (preferrably cold). Then rest down in a cold, kinda dark place or I cover my eyes. Generally, sight is a very heavy cost for the brain to process (if not the biggest one)

Taking burdens off usually helps
