What do you do when you have a headache?
I have one right now and I just want to check what works for different people

It depends on the part of my head the headache begins. Back of the head, I get off my laptop and put icy hot cream on the muscles that connect my shoulders to my neck.
Top and front of the head, are usually allergies. I have steroid nasal spray and antihistamine nasal spray for that, and I check to be sure I've taken my Allegra and Montelukast. If that doesn't help, I have to get into the shower, because the water helps to unclog everything.
Icepick headaches usually happen due to tension, so I stop what I am doing for 10 minutes and just massage the area where they are occuring.
