I have the worst headache right now

And i took 3 extra strength Tylenol with no relief. What do you recommend?

Ease Pressure on Your Scalp or Head.
Dim the Lights.
Try Not to Chew.
Hydrate.
Get Some Caffeine.
Practice Relaxation
