I have the worst headache right now

And i took 3 extra strength Tylenol with no relief. What do you recommend?

If I have a bad one that pain killers can't touch, I'll lay down and do an aggressive massage of my upper neck at the base of my head. That's where mine usually are. It hurts at first but then I get relief when I begin to break up whatever it is
