Have you thought of a chiropractor.
Some migraines are caused by misalignments.

I was told by a Chiropractor that some migraines come from a misaligned neck Andy hen neck muscle tension aggravates the misalignment.

@SomeLikeItHot I don't think that's mine. My father and one of my sisters gets them too, and we've been trying to control them for our entire lives. I get the whole deal, auras, blind spots, vomiting, unreal levels of pain, "lizard brain," etc and I have since I was 14 or so.

@SW-User 7 on the Migraine Index, it's not the worst I've ever had but it was pretty bad the night before last and it's dragging on, getting better and worse. I hit the safe limit on codeine and was still in agony.
