End of the year meeting

Well I had my end of the year meeting with my boss. It was bittersweet.
Im not getting a hourly raise but im getting a 15% increase in my monthly bonus.
Im ok with this
The price of insurance is staying the same but we're switching networks. So that means
Co pay going up
Specialists are going uo
Meds going up
Er visits going up
Plus i have a stay in there network of doctors and mine isn't on there.
My therapist is on there
Im not happy about this at all.
