Chiara came with me to the therapist
Friday is never a good day for an appointment for a number of reasons but it’s because my mother has to be in work at her office on Friday morning. So accompanied by my daughter, I was not prepared to let her sit outside waiting for me.
The therapist was different to the first one I saw, and I had to explain what why and how all over again, which always annoys me lately. He was listening and telling me that he has a tablet that he thinks will help. I simply refused it. Big pharma. I’m not taking antidepressants or drugs for mental illness or anything!
Chiara said that she thinks we should go for a little retail therapy with a giggle. 🤭 I know that we can get a little distraction from things with a little shopping. 🛍
