What is the remark I had received from a doctor? He had called me Neuro Consultant!

When my case study offered an idea about the right treatment for neuro patients. Honestly, I don't admire now the study of medicine! Some of the doctors are no longer knowledgeable about their cases and not competent to handle their patients!
I have to insert my idea about... in preventing brain herniation!
Which the doctors positively added in their treatment!
That saved more lives prior to my idea!
It is just depressing that they don't give their best to their patients.
