now this is kinda messed up....

so my brother thought he was having a heart attack and drove himself to the emergency. as he was waiting in emergency in walks a woman crying and holding her chest. she sits down next to my brother and both asked each other what's wrong. she told him a neighbors dog ran across the street and bit her in the breast....twice. he tried to comfort her but then she told him her boobs were fake and the silicone was leaking
