Giving medical advice that has nothing to do with the reality most people have to survive

Espacially diet related is all levels of effed up. It should be common sense to try and deduce their limitations. People usually have reasons to be doing what they are doing no matter how dumbass it is sometimes.

From engaging horrible professions, eating excess sugar to sitting too long and being inactive.

The cause can be contextual.

Are you talking about health effects from circumstances that happen upon people outside their will vs. health effects from habits that can be easily fixed?
