Remember the criminal Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton? He’s suing Kenvue…

…and it’s former parent Company Johnson & Johnson.

Paxton’s case is incredibly ignorant and doomed to failure.

His “case” is entirely based on Robert F. Kennedy, Jr’s fraudulent “research study” that was the basis of his equally fraudulent “MAHA” report that attempts to link Tylenol taken during pregnancy to autism.

This poor excuse for a “research study” has been thoroughly debunked in the month since its release.

But what’s really fascinating is that a similar case was dismissed in the U.S. District Court in New York in 2022 when the plaintiffs’ “expert witnesses” were deemed to be unreliable and unqualified.

I hope that Kenvue and J&J don’t take the easy way out and settle. This medical malpractice masquerading as research under the Demented Donnie misadministration needs to be soundly called out and exposed for the buffoonary that it is!

Paxton's record in court isn't that great. This target of his ire has lawyers who can outgun whichever outside law firm Dannie Boy has hired.
@Crazywaterspring Yes—I am hoping that they crush Paxton!

When I heard about Kennedy’s laughable MAHA “study” my first thought was this is going to court and will be laughed out!

There are decades of safety studies and quality control data. While J&J has had it’s legal problems with some of their products this isn’t one of them!

I hope that they counter sue!
