Does anyone know how to care for an elderly person whose stubbornness is affecting their health and life?

needs context...

define "health/healthy", because the older generation have lived long productive lives doing/eating all the things that modern "experts" and big pharma claim are unhealthy while younger people are dropping like flies from things that were unheard of 30+ years ago...

I've had my share of health problems, and the thing that has helped me more than anything is avoiding doctors and all the supposed miracle pills they keep pushing...

It's all kinda ironic tbh. boomers being lectured about "health" in their 90's while smoking and eating all the stuff that's supposedly bad for you while 30 year olds are dropping dead from energy drinks, medications, & "vaccines"...🤔
