It's more than likely tendonitus, try out OSHA anti-vibration gloves. I doubt you can get carpel tunnel that quickly, you just started this job.

@Onasander well i first worked in the cellar in the factory and then they moved me to line 6 hash mash where i put slabs in boxes

@ShiningGundam99 It takes a long time to get carple tunnel. If you are using vibrating tools it can cause tendonitus.
