what do you do when you have a headache

ive got a bit of a headache...what do you do when you get a headache? go for a lie down, take painkillers or what else?

Take painkillers
...drink water....lay down stay in the dark....
I get migraines....this weather isnt doing me any good either get well soon 🙏
