Headaches (title too short)

@DHggmu yeah … been there … trouble is that can make you have headaches too.

Saw the GP and had to overhaul my life - destress, diet, exercise - and go cold turkey.

@LookingIn Yeah I figured, I try to only take them now if it’s too much. Loud work environment probably doesn’t help.
