I swear this tylenol doesn't do anything for headaches like it says it does

It really doesnt. Excedrin, aleve and asprin maybe better but I always thought tylenol sucked!
I suffer from headaches, migrains and sinus headaches 馃槱
Yesterday I took 3 baby asprins, I drank a very small (tiny) ( cup of coffee ) & a pepsi cause caffine helps and try to eat something. I added a cold pack and it worked amazingly but it wasnt one of those headaches that rate like a 10. Same process, maybe a nyquil sleep tablet & a shower with massage mode is best I ever found for those.
You can get some special migrain meds from your MD. I used them a few times & they didnt perform miracles for me to my knowledge but were a bit more helpful than OTC
