A couple of times every two weeks. They usually go away on their own. I dont know what causes them

@Isthisit Just take Allegra or Zyrtec for allergies..go to sleep for tension and keep my sinuses clear anyway I have to… otherwise I’ll get a nasty sinus infection.

@Unefilletrescurieuse I used to have them every day when I was a child until I got electrocuted. Cured that and the seizures I was having almost every day too.
