My mom basically told me to go take five ibuprofens for my headache is she trying to tell me to go OD? :( I'm not feeling good at all

I often take 4.....but I weigh over 200 lb.
To be safe, I wouldn’t take more than 4 if you’re on the small side.....no matter how bad the headache is.
