My mom basically told me to go take five ibuprofens for my headache is she trying to tell me to go OD? :( I'm not feeling good at all

One is equal to 200. 1000 is 5. I usually take two 500s. Which equals to 5 ibuprofens. If the pain is intense. One ibuprofen won't do much.
