Still pretty sick and still don't know what it is. Symptoms are similar to food poisoning but there is little probability of that

The only meal I had while out was about a week ago. And it is just too expensive and well prepared for that. And all my food , when I do eat, is fresh and well cooked.

Maybe it is just celiac disease, coupled with low blood pressure.

@ThirstenHowl I run the obvious tests and nothing came out that could explain it.

Now I am addressing the symptoms. I can run more tests but I feel it is unnecessary unless this persists for couple of more days or gets worse at any point

@ThirstenHowl Don't worry about me. I am so privileged and probably have better access to healthcare than anyone in this entire website. So while I whine because I hate being limited or challenged physically, it is likely going to be okay no matter what I have
