When I get Crohn's flares my first step is rehydration and a day of starvation and then on to a low residue diet, avoiding anything hard to digest which mainly means fibre in my case. I'm not sure what the recommendation is for celiac disease.

@ostfuidctyvm not to worry, that comment is self deprecating humour
@Miram At least that bit I can relate to 😵

Oh no.. whenever my stomach felt messed up, I used to take activated charcoal and it almost always helped. Not sure if that would help you though.
I hope you could feel better soon 🤍

are there any obvious (or non-obvious) tests you could run?
Miram · 31-35, F
@ThirstenHowl I run the obvious tests and nothing came out that could explain it.
Now I am addressing the symptoms. I can run more tests but I feel it is unnecessary unless this persists for couple of more days or gets worse at any point

@Miram I just hoped to rule out any possible new development with or separate from the celiac disease

@ThirstenHowl Don't worry about me. I am so privileged and probably have better access to healthcare than anyone in this entire website. So while I whine because I hate being limited or challenged physically, it is likely going to be okay no matter what I have
