Im so sick and tired of being tired
No matter how much sleep I get Im still tired. I can barely run anywhere because Im so weak and I can barely lift anything as well. Can someone fix this bloody cortisol issue for me?

If you are on medicines Google their side effects. If you had Covid shots you may be anemic as a result. Get a prostate and colon exam for cancer.
