I got the angry because I still had to work despite being incredibly sick

I ended up saying some , maybe, bigoted stuff.

Just tired of incompetence, lack of integrity and overall selfishness.

I should be able to take a day off without being bothered.

It's okay. Pretty much everything you do is for someone else. You can remind people that limitations exist sometimes. Please rest when you can okay?

I didn't snap out for the fact that I had to be there. I snapped out because everyone work is always half-done and that means more work for someone who wants to prioritize integrity in actions.

There is too much unbalance and I often do feel it is culturally manufactured .
