It's okay. Pretty much everything you do is for someone else. You can remind people that limitations exist sometimes. Please rest when you can okay?

I didn't snap out for the fact that I had to be there. I snapped out because everyone work is always half-done and that means more work for someone who wants to prioritize integrity in actions.
There is too much unbalance and I often do feel it is culturally manufactured .

@Miram That's even more okay. 🤗

You should.
You've been through a lot recently, my sweetest friend.
Sometimes people are nobs and need to be reminded that boundaries exist.
You take care of yourself though please.

Just want to say thank you for the many times you consistently stepped in to support me. Yes, it has been a lot for us both. I think things will improve eventually

You should be able to take a break without being annoyed!
Miram · 31-35, F
@MellyMel22 I hope you can too. I know how much you have to deal with yourself. It is nothing easy.

Work is always exploitative for some reason. It sucks and shouldn't be that way

@Miram Well you know I love you but when I mean exploitative it kinda seems that jobs take advantage of people any way they can. Like not offering sick pay or false advertising in jobs to lure people in. It's hard to get other jobs if you get paid and are already sucked into paying healthcare and stuff like that. As a whole, our work environments are like that
SatanBurger · 36-40, F
@Miram But you don't deserve to be treated like that and need some rest. I hope you're able to.

You're sweet, thank you.
Yes, I largely think the same you do. Jobs tend to be exploitative because the whole system is designed to prioritize profits and those who are in charge of the entire structure. They aren't worker-based.
Mine is exploitative too, not because those at the very top necessarily. But because of the overall decadence. They don't gain more money from me working more.. they have fixed income. Yet they do gain less problems the more invested I am and the better I do my job, even at the expense of my own well being.
My colleagues are a major problem but that can get solved longterm by those in charge through better training and better work environment and salary since that's all people care for here..unfortunately those at the very top aren't truly investing in change whether social or professional
