Have you ever had a procedure called Laparoscopic Cholecystectomy (gallbladder removal) ? If that´s the case, how was your experience and how soon did you recover ?

I didn’t get any pain medication afterward, which sucked. But starting the next day the pain was manageable.
Walking for short distances around the house helped, especially if I had shoulder pain. Holding a pillow against my stomach helped while walking or getting up.
Take fiber supplements. I think I went back to work after 10 days.
All of my incisions but one healed very quickly and easily. One of my incisions took 3 months to heal

@itsok flax-meal is a really good thing to help with preventing gall stones….especially golden flax meal.
